Got a question? We're here to help! These are our Parent & Carer FAQs...

Can I try a class first?

Yes. We offer a paid taster class (£5)
*This is subject to availability

What if I change my mind?

If you have booked and paid for your classes, we can not guarantee your money back. For some, babies/children attending a class is a brand new experience. We encourage you to attend the class for at least half a term to allow your baby/child to settle.

I have older/younger children too. Can they come to class?

We do not allow older children to attend the baby classes due to space and safety of the smaller babies. However we do allow younger/older children to attend the preschool classes. They will be charged at the sibling rate (£2) per sibling.

What do I need to bring/wear to class?

We advise you to dress your babies/children comfortably as the classes are active in places. In some sessions, you may be required to sit down, get up and move around.

We advise to bring in water to offer your child a drink if required. We don’t advise you to bring in food/snacks as this can act as a distraction to your child and other class attendees.

With the babies, you bring everything you usually need when you go out and about. We have no issues with you feeding your baby as and when they require it. You are more then welcome to bottle/breastfeed your baby within the class or alternatively, if you want some privacy we can set you up somewhere more private within the classroom.

How much do classes cost?

Our prices are £5.00 per session for one baby/child but paid as a block booking for a term (Average 6 weeks) We offer a special rate for siblings attending classes which are £2 per sibling. This is also paid as a block booking.

Can I pay for individual classes?

We do not offer a "Pay as you go" option as we have limited spaces and we do not want to turn customers away if we are at capacity.

Do you work in the school holidays?

We do not work in the school holidays. We are in line with the Nottinghamshire County Council school term dates. We also all have children and it is important for us to spend quality time with them when they are off school.

Can I carry over a class if I miss it due to holidays or sickness?

Unfortunately, we do not carry over sessions missed due to sickness or holidays.

Can I attend if my baby/child is sick?

We do not advise you to attend a class if your baby /child is sick. For tummy upsets we advised you leave a minimum of 48 hours after their last episode before returning. For chicken pox we advise you take 5-7 days off or at a minimum until the spots have scabbed over. For all other illnesses, we ask you to contact the class leader to seek advice.
